Call it cope all you like ik but whats there to lose, so is this a good strat cuz my thumbs get too weak to pull any more effectively and my neck too
 
i think pulling softer but everyday would work better, as consistency is the only thing which matters

Yes but if the bones adapt back so fast wouldn't it better be doing 1 set every hour?

idk man do as much as u can comfortably do without pain, I dont even know if this shit works let along a sound routine:feelswah:
