its theoretically safe if you dont plan on producing natural T in the same amount anymore, you wont get man tits or close growth plates if AI is used properly, theoretically it would masculinize you further during puberty, but you'd probably have to pin for the rest of your life tbh because you messed with your endocrine system before/while it was peaking

Doing steroids when you're young is dumb because you'll hit your genetic potential for drugs by the time you are 25, and then no matter how many cycles you run, you won't be able to progress, you'll feel like shit and if you stop doing steroid cycles, you'll lose all your gains except if you take TRT. In the end, you get bigger faster than a natural lifter and can go over your natural potential, but at the cost of your ability to produce testosterone on your own (if you use them for too long), and the gains are never permanent because once you stop using them, you lose all your gains. If you take TRT, you can maintain a part of your gains but then you become dependent on it.

While if you had just trained as a natural for a couple of years, you would be as big as if you did cycles for years and switched to TRT. Except that as a natural, you'll never have to take TRT, and you won't be exposed to health risks like a steroid user. So in the end, steroids are just a shortcut, a very costly one at that. They can give amazing results though when you have good genetics. But if you weren't muscular as a teenager, you probably have average genetics anyways.
