Trenbolone is more androgenic and more anabolic than testosterone per same dose, so trenbolone will be more effective. These will likely only work if you are younger and still in puberty.

You might become a bald ogre if you do not care about your scalp hair. If you do care about preserving your hair, consider using topical or oral minoxidil and dutasteride or finasteride or RU58841.
