From what I have found these are the best to look as close as possible to pic 2 is that correct or nah ?
Picture 1 (me now):
Picture 2 (Goal):
Side profil:
1. Supraorbital rim augmentation
And Lateral orbital rim augmentation
2. Deep-plane or subperiosteal midface lift

Picture 2 (Goal):
Side profil:
1. Supraorbital rim augmentation
And Lateral orbital rim augmentation
- (using custom implants such as PEEK/Medpor or structural bone grafting)
- with the goal of increasing frame dominance and creating the illusion of deeper-set eyes.
2. Deep-plane or subperiosteal midface lift
- Elevation and fixation of midface soft tissues
- Repositioning of malar fat pads toward the orbital rim
to improve eye–cheek continuity and midface support.
- Advanced lower eyelid surgery
- Transconjunctival fat repositioning (not fat removal)
- Orbicularis muscle tightening
- Canthal support to maintain a neutral to slightly positive canthal tilt
with the aim of avoiding scleral show or round-eye appearance.
- Highly selective, multi-plane fat grafting
- Micro-fat to the infraorbital area (for light transition, not bulk)
- Conservative fat grafting to the medial/lateral midface and submalar region
to support contour without fullness.
- Minimal upper eyelid soft-tissue optimization
- Skin-only upper blepharoplasty if necessary
- No aggressive fat removal, no brow lift
with the goal of preserving depth rather than increasing eye openness.
- Skin quality optimization
- Laser resurfacing or RF microneedling
to achieve smoother texture and more even light reflection.
