It was me 3 months ago.

I started hitting the gym and my face with my body has changed.

Months of training: my face and body look like this

Now I am at this point:

It took 3 monts and I notice my face has changed. maybe my test went up? I look at my frame and I see improvement.

I looked like a kid and I couldn't change my face that much.

insane for a 3 month transformation, you lost bit of bloat in the face, in 6 months you will definitely excel if you combine it other softmaxxes
