Is the bottom of your foot meant to be fully flat or curved?

Mine is curved, the middle section of my foot doesn't touch the floor but the heel and the part under the toes do. Is this bad or is this normal?

its normal to have an arch, "flat feet" aka collapsed arches are not normal
