Is the carnavore diet the best diet for attractiveness?

I know that the carnivore diet gets a lot of hate, so for a second lets put health aside and only focus on what contributes to looks.

Assuming zero hardmazing, including steroids, It makes sense to me that eating very little carbs and sugar, while prioritizing foods that promote testosterone production eg high cholesterol foods such as eggs and meat, and also a lot of raw milk, which has potential growth hormone benefits, would by far be the best diet while in development to reach peak attractiveness given your genetics.

Not to mention avoiding all the goyslop estrogenic food.

Also due to the lack of antinutrients in the diet, you would absorb far more nutrients than otherwise.

So why do people still say its complete cope? I understand these benefits wont beat hardmaxing but surely the carnavore diet has to be the most optimal by far right?

Please explain why if you dissagree.
 
The test increase or gh increase is teny tiny and wont help with muscle as its so insignificant and it definitely wont help with bone as thats infinitely harder to change and if you live in a first world country yiur hormones are most liekly already optimized for your genetics.

And im even being nice here by assuming you are correct when the claim about igf from raw milk is missunderstod simce yes there is a tiny amount of igf in the milk and it gets broken down by processing but the same thing will happen in your gut. This is why you cant take igf orally and it has to be stored in a fridge because the molecule is so sensitive, even if you added straight igf to you milk it wouldnt do fuck all, theres also 0 evidence that it affects your serum levels in any way shape or form. Also the carnivore diet just gives you way more cholesterol than you need to make test and itll just detriment you, the limitation to ONLY eat meat is useless, , youll also perform way worse in the gym from having no carbs, also fucked lipids is a pretty big price to pay
