I’ve been noticing that i could memorize informations faster than my peers. Of course there are factors that impact our cerebral capacities but can we talk about an innate intelligence born from the conditions we were raised in or sum like that?

IQ isn't very predictive of your educational attainment, salary, whatever. When you look at large populations of people the correlation emerges very clearly, but it doesn't mean a lot for you personally. I think the IQ pill is slightly overstated.

The innate intelligence you speak of is a statistical phenomenon often called the g factor. It comes from the observation that when you look at how different people perform in different domains of intelligence (math, verbal comprehension, general knowledge, etc) it seems like people who are good at one thing are often good at everything else. For instance kids in school who gets an A in one subject is likely to have a lot of other A's as well.

So there seems like there's this g factor, this diffuse mechanism in the brain that contributes a little bit to all intellectual endeavours. This is probably the innate intelligence you're talking about. To answer your question it has a mix of genetic and environmental components, 15-40% is accounted for by the environment. But this goes down as you age, because a lot of the genetics responsible for intelligence express themselves later in life, often starting in puberty.

„While the IQ tests index the quality of cognitive functioning in selected domains of mental repertoire, the applied settings often inflate their predictive value leading to an interpretive gap.“

Things such as emotional intelligence (That’d be EQ) are not put into consideration for IQ. IQ itself of course gives an insight into one‘s psychological capacities and intelligence if needed to put on a scale and whatnot, but it‘s not everything.
