In terms of making you faster and increasing your endurance and shit

For anyone who doesn't know it's setting a treadmill on a 12% incline running at 18km/11 miles an hour for 20 seconds and doing 15 sets of it

I got told the same by a varsity player on the football team

BUMP

I need more opinions cuties

If you want to get faster you gotta work on sprint-distance races, run 100m for sets, run 40 yd dashes, repetition will make you faster

What exactly is the point of putting the treadmill on a slope?

JFL normalfags trying to defy their genetics. It's not the particular workout, it's your genetics.

Low IQ.

Workout doesn't make a difference. It's your genetics which will ultimately decide if you'll be a fast as fuck football player or a lazy neckbeard trying to sprint.

I don't know to be honest

Is the concept cope though?
i think it's not gonna improve your speed any quicker than normal training would. i think most of these more or less unconventional training methods aren't really what they make you think. a lot of times people just like to create a narrative that says that a certain person has managed to figure out a way to train more efficiently than everybody else and that that's why they're at the top, when in reality, i think that a big part is simply "genetics". but people obviously don't want to hear that, so they create these narratives. people do this with khabib nurmagomedov, they do it with vasyl lomachenko and countless other athletes. and this whole concept probably goes beyond sports.

@goat2x in case you care

Oh alright. I appreciate it bro.

It still wouldn't hurt to include this in my routine right? Or should I not even bother
