Is the Keto really worth for debloating ?

Already a week in and I can't do this anymore , I have been such a carb bitch whole my life eating snickers and donught, that I hallucinate about sweets and literally developed OCD for this jfl.
Is there any reason to believe that Keto with high sodium would work better for debloating than carb diet with low sodium and high potassium ?

The two doesn’t have to conflict, you can still eat sweets and be ketosis, just have to eat them in moderation

Like a 100g bar of chocolate has around 50g of carbs, you could easily eat that every day if you are really that sugar addicted and still be super lean

What leads to bloating is disregarding moderation, after all sugar is an addictive substance just like drugs

Well , last days I was definitely eating under 50g of carbs and my face just looks like when I eat like 1000cal on no diet

Salt and potassium is broscience mumbo jumbo for the most part. They can influence like 1% of bloating, the rest 99% is just bodyfat because you eat too much carbs

If you are lean then no

Like I sometimes eat sweets and I don’t get bloated out of nowhere. It only happens with certain foods (like pizza as prime example), which makes me believe its not sugar that causes the bloating rather the ton of other garbage in food (gluten, fiber and other antinutrients)

Starches are the devil, sugars are very easy to digest you just have to keep moderation

Chechens have like 0 Scandi ancestry lmfao 🤣 who said you guys had viking blood when even the avg Englishmen hasn’t gotten any and that place was settled by hundreds of thousands

Chechens just have huge bones and frames due to being Caucasus mountain people, Georgians have the same build and so do other ones.
 
Not worth it imo, a diet where just two bananas is enough to throw you out of ketosis doesn’t seem sustainable in the long term. Not to mention you have to restrict protein intake otherwise if protein becomes too high you go out of ketosis due to gluconeogenesis

True, 2 bananas is just a waste of calories, disgusting and empty.
It’s raw milk and yoghurt that would kick me out of ketosis.
I wouldn’t worry about too much protein though, fat is fucking delicious, protein just happens to be in the foods I like.

Try carb loading, i.e. a few days keto followed by a re-feed.
 
Bunk diet with junk science behind it
 
An ENTIRE BAR of 95% dark chocolate is like 5-10 grams of carbs
 
Need permant solution so dont go from an extreme to the other extreme
