Rather than getting Le Fort 3, it appears that one can get just as aesthetic of a result with an implant that’s shaped like a Le Fort 3:

His profile looks better, but people said that it looks uncanny IRL when you move your facial muscles in facial expressions.

Thoughts? Legit ascension method or uncanny cope?

Made his philtrum weirdly downturned, it seems like a worse option, though smaller midface implants may be useful after a lefort I

yeah tbh it seems like a better idea to get midface implants rather than lefort 3 (not even talking about it's accessibility). why do people even consider LF3 when it's a highly invasive procedure and even then most of the time it's unnecessary? 🤔

unless you're quite recessed to the point it's actually clinical it's unnecessary to get it, even with a below average maxilla.

also can you elaborate on the uncanniness part? I'm quite interested in midface implants and they would definitely help me a ton. do you know anything else about that? maybe asking Eppley himself on that would be a good idea, since he's the one who did this case

Interesting although I’d probably rather high lefort 1 cut + separate infras for a less traumatic placement

This is probably only possible in silicone, looks like an Eppley
