So after posting here and there on this website yall been flaming me for my maxilla so obviously I want to fix it now. I’m about to turn 17 next month and before everyone says it’s over I just want some actual advice. My only concerns about surgery are the recovery time as I’m still in highschool, as well as if it’s even worth getting it. I think poor tongue posture fucked me so guess I gotta hard max now. do you think a lefort would give noticeable changes and how worth it would it be for me. After doing research I’ve read that a bad maxilla makes it challenging to breathe, but after living like this my whole life idk if breathing is hard or not because it’s just normal for me. You could.. but it's better to just go to an independent place that does scans and gives you the file on a pendrive.
Search up on google maps for places like this in your area.
You will need to show a referral which you can get by simply filling up a form online and paying few bucks

Well there are pains, weird sounds, risks for infections which is low but things can go wrong misaligned and also if you have plates in your face you will be hella allergic to EMF it’s what happened to frank tufano

I’ve never had problems w girls I’ve got with tons of them and I’ve had gfs before. It’s just little stuff that’s made me insecure but not the end of the world for me. My biggest insecurity is my nose so I’ll definitely get a rhinoplasty in the future but idk if I’ll get a lefort too because I never even noticed it until I came onto this website

I think it will benefit my health too especially my breathing so yeah you’re right. Although nobody sees me any different whether I have the surgery or not, I’d live better without being insecure about it.

Popularity matters a lot like I’m friends with people from schools all across my county so I get invited to lots of things. I’m not the type to just pick out a random girl and get with them and it’s hard to do that as well. I use Snapchat a lot so once you snap someone eventually it would lead you into a conversation and there’s a chance you could hangout with them or something like that.

Yeah I understand it’s not for cosmetics. If I got the surgery it would be to improve my health like my airways. Idk if this makes sense so I’ll try to explain it. I’ve read that a bad maxilla affects breathing, but I’ve lived like this my whole life so I’m not sure what “normal” breathing is supposed to feel like. My nose is stuffy a lot, but I think the next step is for me to just see a professional.
