Is the mewing world guide legit or just cope?

I'm still at puberty and was hoping to be able to fix my assymetrical face with one side being flat which makes my eye bug out of it and is also droopy, supposedly the "inter oral pulling techniques" it offers could help fix assymetry but I've heard people saying it's just cope and I should just do mewing during puberty. Can anyone tell if the inter oral stuff and it is legit or not?

Seriously you’ll be disappointed. They talk about nothing new really it’s just thumbpulling and the other stuff is bs. The before after images are frauded. You don’t need guides since you can do research yourself you just need a bit of iq which you have

don't listen to him, you should be mewing correctly all the time no matter what
and don't worry if it'll fix you or not, what happens happens, just keep mewing.

It's not my field of knowledge but if you have severe asymmetry you might benefit from crazy shit like the inter oral pulling techniques or whatever lol, keep browsing the forum
