Is the only option rhino plasty?

I’m not fabricating an insecurity, my nose bridge is fine it’s the nostril and how you can see it from the side. I believe it ruins my side prof

Alright, im still gonna go to surgeon and get a price range. I’m gonna fraud breathing issues and maybe insurance can cover some of it.

If not, do you have any other surgery recommendations based on my side prof?

why get surgery when ur already what looks like hhtn? i personally think surgery should only be an option if ur under lhtn, theres no reason to fix what isnt broken

Also I’m just tryna hit 6’3, my doctor said my growth plates aren’t fully closed yet. Currently 6’1 and I wanna see if I can pump out 2 inches or sum
