I know I sound like a grey, since I am one :feelswah: but Idrk if the primal diet works, I don’t wanna blindly hop on sum that can make me sick, can you guys just give me the basics for starting, unless it’s cope :feelswhy:
 
i think its good during puberty, after puberty probably not

Obviously not cope, these roidcels will tell u different but in terms of improving naturally it'll help with alot. Simple logic, food with more nutrients will be better than goyslop.

Also you cant just say is something "cope", if you eat primal excpecting a full facial remodeling then yes you're coping. Explain your goals.

don’t eat raw pork bc of the bacteria
raw eggs yes sure maybe raw milk too
i’d aim to just eat a lot of fruit , meat in general (steak, beef) and then eggs with butter
this way you can eat healthily but also not risk getting sick bc of parasites etc that exist in some raw meat when it isn’t cooked
 
People are willing to do all sorts of things to themselves, yet strangely, they’re not willing to do their own research first.
The internet is flooded with contradicting information, how would you distinguish between those, if you don’t have at least a somewhat decent baseline of understanding?

Sourcing matters heavy, eat grass fed from a local farm and you don’t have to worry about parasites or getting sick at ALL. Also primal doesn’t include much fruit at all.

primal isn't some magic bullet, it's just getting rid of processed goyslop. raw meat won't grow you a new brow ridge lol. if you want to experiment stick to grass‑fed beef/eggs/dairy from a clean source & avoid raw pork or chicken because of parasites. you can get 99% of the benefits cooking your steak & eating salmon, fruit and veg for micronutrients. no diet is gonna morph your skull tho – it's just fuel. sleep, train & keep your hormones in check and you'll ascend more than any fad diet.

The cutting board diet is better than the average person's slop diet but it's not ideal.
Advanced glycation end products are a real problem you have to also avoid high heat cooking if you plan on cooking your food. Use more techniques that involve moisture instead of just frying it.

Charring that steak, charring the eggs, cutting up way too much fruit, drizzling the whole plate in honey then washing it down with milk will actually age you believe it or not. That's why Paul Saladino looks pretty meh for his age with lots of wrinkles compared to someone like Tom Cruise who's 15 years older.
 
i tried raw milk once and started puking a few hours later, the next day people were saying my eyes were lighter than usual
I am planning to do it daily once I can earn money
 
Don't listen to these primal faggots that only eat raw dick because of their master goatis, do your own research first because not just because of other people doing that shit, if you want my opinion just eat a balanced diet, lean cuts of meat, carbohydrates fiber and just basic stuff, no diet will grow you bones unless you are in puberty and are not eating enough calories and nutrients, not fucking raw cow brains JFL, ground beef, rice, potatoes, fruits veggies, its not so hard.
