I mix fat and carbs together all the time and I am still lean.

Milk cream eggs honey fruits blended into a shake is something I drink everyday and have only benefited from.

Long term inhibition of glucose oxicdation can cause fat gain, insulin resistance and metabolic downregulation.
i heard ur body can produce ur own glucose if it needs through gluconeogenesis, am i trippin??

again based on?
Based on the fact that fat and glucose oxidation is inefficient for the body because fat oxidation creates high levels of ATP and the body will inhibit the oxidation of glucose.

Correct the body produces about 100-200 grams of carbohydrates per day by itself during ketosis.

Exogenous fatty acids do not interact the same way with endogenously produced carbohydrates.

Yea but there's nuance...Just because its the "natural" form of optimizing glucose, doesn't mean its ideal especially in todays world where our bodies have so much to detox from. Also basically everyone will feel better incorporating carbs, especially simple sugars into their diet.

^ Meaning you would need to eat allot of meat to even obscure an optimal amount of glucose in todays society, which is unideal for most people. Aajonus literally said you need to pate meat to even fully digest it, bc of how unadjusted our bodies are.

Anyway this is all technically "theoretical" + case dependent...Personally I feel 100x better when I optimize exogenous glucose, not to mention being lean while doing so.

Dude, the body creates glucose from fat about 100-200g per day give or take. Red blood cells obv cant convert into sugar.
