The 2 sides of this argument are
The sun is the source of life and is needed for basically everything. Sun is life
The sun is evil and causes aging and dna damage and cancer

I feel like both are right
The sun is 100% beneficial and essential for health
But it does also cause aging

the sun is great if you dont over do it.

The sun is life.
Stop listening to people saying sun = cancer.
Don't use sunscreen, if needed check ingredients before buying when you're going on a trip for example.
Don't overdo it with sun now.
Slowly and steadily expose your body adapt to more sun and don't overdo it and damage yourself.
