Therapy is a huge scam. Just pay hundreds to let people delude you. If you are insecure then fix that insecurity. Remember 6 months of roids is 300 yet some guys pay that to a therapist for fucking what. To lie to them ?

Was very much worth it to me, though I went to an older male psychologist, requirements are very strict to become a practising psychologist in Denmark and he had 12 years of experience, so if you go to a foid therapist (bullshit, doesn't mean anything) what do you expect to happen?

He helped me realise so many things, basically cured my social anxiety and significantly reduced my depression, best of all I didn't pay for any of this, my government did. And I've only talked to him like 10-12 times.

If you actually have issues caused by mental problems and not your looks/economic situation therapy from a reputable older MALE psychologist can be very helpful.

Therpies don't do nothin good. Why would anybody ever want therpies? I really din't understand a bit of it.
