i have a forehead shaped like his, its just very wide and round. Round foreheads which is a more feminine trait. Are there any procedures to like, shave it down or make it seem more sloping and square

Wider cheekbones and a squared off hairline helped by temporal peaks would probably help this a lot.

do you think it could have an uncanny effect

Temple

like if the temples are brought in, would a red line that is too long be weird looking?

or maybe that + you should never have short hair with this head shape, so any additional mass could be just read as big hair rather than big head

Any length of that red line would look weird imo. The best thing he could do would be to fill out his temples and get a hairline transplant for those sharp temporal peaks that guys like O’Pry have that essentially make the hairline square from the front. It basically covers up round forehead shape.

should his hairline as it is be squared off or should he also lower it a bit

also dowsnt help his face is so small. like shouldnt his facial features take up more space

Definitely should be lowered to slightly above that red line. Would require huge amounts of donor hair though which I think would not be possible.

how many grafts do you think it is

it would seem to me 3000 at most and most people can ge tup to 7000 donor hair
Yeah I think I was overestimating the amount necessary. I’m sure you’d like to be prepared in case you start balding in the future though? Maybe save some donor hair for when your temples start receding.

Yeah youll want to save some. Anyone who gets a HT should plan to be on fin for life

I have the exact same problem and there is only one option wich is to lower the hairline. So hairtransplant + forehead reduction and maybe widening lower third could help.
