Is there a clear and obvious differences between the left and right side of my face?

My ears are different sizes (I don’t even know how the fuck that happens). My jaw looks way shittier and less defined on my right side. My chin also looks more recessed on my right side. Not that my left side is that good it’s just better than my right. Candid photos of my right side profile make me want to kms. Can any surgery save me?

I wouldn't worry about asymmetries when your maxilla and jaw are recessed.
