i leanmaxxed but remained boneless so i just started ldaring JFL

Look at my post I have a before and after of leanmaxxing for 2 years, the reality of it is your probably just not eating right or not getting in enough protein

I didn’t bulk tho that was all body fat in the first picture before I started working out, I always looked like that never bulked, u can just fill out fat with muscle yk

That’s why u need to lean bulk, that’s what I did and it just filled me out, since your skinny it’ll just build muscle for you since you don’t have anything to fill out. Just eat as much whole and lean foods as u can and honestly don’t do a lot of cardio stick to burning 100-200 calories a day and make sure your sweating

That’s why u need to lean bulk, that’s what I did and it just filled me out, since your skinny it’ll just build muscle for you since you don’t have anything to fill out. Yeah i do that. I eat 0 goyslop but problem is sometimes all there is to eat is gotslop so i end up eating 1 small meal a day.

I feel u bro I really do whenever my mom is outta town there’s no good food to eat. Just get some like high protien stuff that doesn’t need to be cooked and only use them when you have nothing good to eat. I get real good chicken tenders and put guacamole on it and wrap it in ham. Only problem is the high sodium will make you bloat up so you’ll have to invest in a high mg potassium supplement. I got like 300 pills (550 mg per pill) on Amazon for like 20 bucks.

Yes I did see great results, bananas don’t rly hold a lot of potassium u need like 3.5k mg daily for it to work

I saw that video too, they are not cope they are scientifically proven to work cuz potassium draws the water out of ur face bc sodium holds it there. He’s saying that if u take them they won’t magically make you face slim you need a flow of sodium and potassium and water to flush it out, if you taking them with 0 sodium and no water it’ll do nothing for u that’s what he means pretty sure

Dont create a deficit greater than 600kcal, and focus on low volume with high frequency (or just watch Jordan Peters). I guarantee that this way, you'll gain muscle while losing fat.

See bananas and coconut water aren’t bad persay but it won’t get u to that 4k mg mark for daily intake. You would have to eat a lot of bananas and your just wasting calories at that point and loading up with sugar and carbs (natural sugar, but too much of anything can be bad) so I recommend going to Walmart and getting like 5 dollar potassium powder it’s cheap and has like 1k mg a spoonful
