is there a hardmax that can give me a taller ramus and lower my gonial anlge?

My jawline is good and my chin isn't recessed but my ramus is kinda short and my gonial angle is kinda high. Was wondering if there was a hardmax that can give me both a taller ramus and a lower gonial angle, since the ramus plays a part in making the gonial angle either high or low.
