dude talk to ur orthodontist about ur overbite and for bonesmashing honestly i can’t tell u definitively if it’s cope or not cuz for some cases it does work, in others its only temporary, and for some it js fucks them over so ig js try shit out and see how it works for u… ur 16 so u can obv still grow so id try to maximize bone growth until puberty ends for u so yk train hard touch grass and eat well (and sleep 9 hrs minimum)…. that’s everything NOT considering peptides and hardmaxxes
