Is there a non surgical way to get flatter upper eye lids.

It's the only thing holding me back from having those hunter like eyes.

I got both my fingers and pulled my eyebrows down. It made my face look better for sure.

It seems like quite an easy fix and am looking for a non surgical option for this?

Do you mean lessening Upper Eyelid Exposure? Try Eyelid pulling and Ice hooding if you wanna cope with muh non surgical

Ice hooding has got 0 risks, but idk for eyelid pulling, it could end up in saggy eyelids, but anyway most hunter eyes are from excess skin not from fat.
