is there a permanent way to grow eyebrows and eyelashes

i have decent eyebrows and eyelashes and my eyelashes also point downward so that ruins my eye area and i wanna grow them longer but minoxidil has a temporary effect for 3-6 months what can i do for permanently long eyelashes

Minoxidil is not technically temporary, the results stay the exact same as long as you keep using it. Same with bimatoprost.
If you're looking for something permanent look into eyebrow transplants.
