Is there a point in having sunscreen if you don't go out?

I do go out almost everyday, but if I don't or I only go out at night then it's pointless to apply it, isn't it? My Eucerin has SPF 25 and I apply that everyday regardless, but the sunscreen with SPF 50 I only use if I go out at daytime.

Yeah you're good, the only case where you should apply a stronger sunscreen woulbe be if you stay inside a well lit space, like with glass walls or open roofs

as a perma rotter it's always funny when people claim the most important part of a skincare stack and what helped them the most was sunscreen

but apparently screens and indoor lightning age you too, less than the sun but they do some damage

So does the sunscreen protect against smartphone screen light too?
