I don’t really see the point in living if you are just going to be ugly.I have never had a valentine or felt truly loved,my mom always used to say “i bet you get all the girls” funny how she used to say that.i can’t even look at people in the eyes anymore i just keep my head down and avoid going in public nowadays sorry for venting guys just need to get that off my chest.

Almost everyone has a chance at looking better, just keep working, get surgeries, go on PEDs, do whatever u can. theres no point in kys just cause of looks unless ur adam pearson doppelganger

if your ugly asf you can just live how you want, you dont need care for anything. If your that insecure also, fix everything you can

not really tbh

avoiding people feels protective, but it also feeds the pain.
learned patterns can quickly start to feel normal and comfortable. as children, we develop patterns to cope with our environment. when a child experiences little love, safety, or emotional closeness, personality-related problems can develop. the behavior that forms in those moments is functional at the time: it helps the child survive and get through stressful situations.

as you grow older and move into new phases and situations in life, these old patterns often stop being helpful. yet they still feel familiar, because they are so deeply ingrained. this creates a vicious cycle: you start to feel like others are the cause of your problems, while in reality you are stuck in your own learned behavior.

in short, go seek a therapist first. a personality dissorder can't be fixed. but there are other ways to cope.

First look at it different and if you're in a stage of feeling like this delete you're fucking Lm Org account and stop being an incel and you will be better . Why would you rather live miserably trying to look while better being self conscious all the time knowing you never will look better (if that's what you think ) just stop trying to take life for Granted😂
