Title. I weighted the pros and cons and honestly I feel like roiding at my manlet height of 5'9 would not yeld much benefits and will make me look like a gymcel tryhard. And I might lose hair as well. I would consider it if I had very good frame genetics to begin with to look like Jeff seid but thus guy is a genetic anomaly. Tell me what you think tbh

it would not give u much benefit at ur height and frame. the only think you can do to improve your frame and not look like a tryhard is reeves deadlift to grow ur clavicles. if ur under 25 start training that now before your clavicles fuse

framemaxxing doesn't work tbh. It would be like saying stretching gives you height (it doesn't). Steve Reeves alrezdy had the same frame as before doing his cope exercises. Will do breathing squats and pullovers though + pull ups (might be cope but these are exercises you should do anyway)

i genuinely thought is was cope to. tryed it out for a week. saw improvements immediatley. my clavicles looked straighter and longer. pullovers work well too. i dont do them anymore because my ribcage is big enough.

Yeah because you probably got better posture+ scapula repositionning not actuak clavicle lenght change

as far as i know it loses the scapula and adds musculature there to hold the loosed up area in place. clavicles do keep growing because of dht and if you build muscle in the upper chest and yoke areas they can be pushed by muscle wider. if these things are done during devellopment period u can stop gymcelling after (26ish) and still have wider frame than u would have. 3-4 inch more bidelt is attainable in this period. could be the diff between ur future wife perceiving u as handsome or cute

if it keeps improving more and more during development it should translate to long big clavicles in the end of development. my bidelt is 20 atm. I can def attain like 23 in a few years

for then men yes, i thought my moms genes cucked me but im finally getting broader. my dad has about the same frame as me, uncles are wider than him.

when i mean the same frame i mean bidelt, he has bigger wrists rib cage etc

Take a light stack and ascend ngl. Go for the lean look and you can make hella progress and ascend. YOu can easily gain an inch by glucosamaine morning height and just frauding using socklifts and air jordans.

Just wear shoes that give you 2 inches and larp as 6 foot. Most bodybuilders are that height.
