Cabtreo is the only other option, it's prescription only, but most derms will give it out

Its really not that hard to get, I just went to my derma telling shit about acne ruining my self-image and within like a week i got accutane

Organic carnivore diet would kill acne (pus of toxins being excreted) for most teengers (not toxified enough yet).
Raw organic carnivore diet (fat plus muscle / liver) guarantees 0 acne for big majority of teenagers.
If you ate a grain diet like me, it's too much toxicity, impossible to remove easily. Need to do lymphatic bath every week for like several years, alongside raw carnivore. Then 0 acne guaranteed.
If you use accutane, you'll shut down detox, your brain and liver will continue having toxins stuck in there. Eventual deterioration in organs will follow, with any of the symptoms associated with organ failure (ageing, brain fog, etc.).
