Is there a surgery that can fix downward jaw growth/short ramus so Jawline doesn’t slant?

My jawline is slanted and I don’t like it but if a surgery exists then could it actually make current facial harmony worse

Yea I already got my braces removed and it’s not an extreme one but are you suggesting I could do something else?
