canthoplasty is for lateral-outer canthus

Z-plasty, probably some sort of cantho to reposition the caruncle, haven't seen any results except for this trauma case and it's very minor

i'm really interested in this because mine is fucking subhuman, legit in line with my pupil

wonder if bone plays a role or of it's just soft tissue/tendons @RealSurgerymax
