Oh i meant remove tissue from the inside to make the skin thinner. Not reduce my philtrum height
 
Lol Hexum has that too. I'm not sure if there's a surgery to get rid of it.

He seems like he has a bit puffy philtrum but that could be contrast with a less forward grown midface (more forward grown lower maxilla)

I have both retruded midface but my lefort 1 area is not that forward grown. Its just thick skin

Ogre. She will never have a good looking mouth. Lip lift makes the philtrum appear puffier
 
possible in theory but only dr akash from the outskirts of mumbai will do it

Lip lift is good when you are not recessed and you have a large mouth, if you have long philtrum and narrow mouth the best solution is the filler. Depending also by your noise
