I remember looking at that photo and getting so depressed I decided to finally stop the perma bulk.

I would but I have no razor in Africa
Get a local to craft you a blade for a loaf of bread (im not racist im just assuming your in an undeveloped village area because you dont have razors)

If you meant for getting lean though I just counted calories and limited myself to 1500 each day.

Maybe leanmaxxing has limited power, because the weight loss looks quite significant

5 months bulking and cutting.

snap went from 5.5 to 6.5 just with gym and leangainz

What was your routine I’m doing 5x5
Each workout varies from 45-90 minutes.

M - deadlift and back / neck training
T - shoulders
W - chest / neck training
T - rest
F - legs / neck training
S - arms
S - rest

I was doing push pull legs at the start but have switched to the above programme for now

Yup 3 meals 500 calories all high protein. Morning is a 500 cal protein shake which is basically a banana, protein powder, and some oats blended together. Lunch is 6 eggs. Dinner is chicken and rice. Bedtime is like 5 pickles.
