Is there a way I can shorten my philtrum with non- surgical methods?

Trying to shorten philtrum as much as possible without surgery. My philtrum is brutal and my decently thin upper lip only makes it worse. I tried researching online but it seems upper lip filler/lip flip are the only real solutions.

filler in your nose and lips are the only "non surgical" methods and ig you could extend your upperlip by making scars overtime but thats very risky

No, you can hide with a mustache though
