is there a way to change the size of your nose

so i have a dorsal hump a very small one but still and my nose i think it’s to big no one else has told me it is but i just don’t know it’s not fatty cause i have a really low body fat and i can feel it’s just the skin im just wondering if there’s any techniques or something that can make it smaller without surgery or if ill just be stuck like this
