Is there a way to fix upper eye lid asymetry

Like my left eyelid is more down then the right one and when i put my brows up and look straight its gone until i blink a couple times or look down. Is there help really want to fix that

Im 17 rn is surgery the only way. if you want i can send pic in pm on how much it is
