17 5'9 155lbs 23-25%ish bodyfat, I really want to cut for summer on 1800 calories a day but I dont want to stunt my height since height is law. Mom is 5'8 dad is 5'10 so I should be 5'11 at least but Im short somehow. I think Im in tanner stage 4 so Im praying I can still grow but maybe im coping. Is it worth it to cut or should I keep waiting? Should I do cardio instead of eating less? Or will it be good to lose some fat for my hormones?
