ive been trying to get tanner skin for years, but i get really BURNT everytime i go in the sun
tried dozens of different sunscreen, reapplied it every few hours and after going in the water, but i still get burnt
is there a way to get tan without getting sunlight? or how can i fix my skins sensitivity to sun
please help me🙏

You could some type of beta carotene supps idk i just saw clav talking about that, but look into it. You can also just use self tanning drops along with your regular skin care routine, but that can be risky since foids can notice you're using self-tanner and they for some reason don't want you to do it, even tho all foids do themselves.
Also melanotan 2 is an option, but i don't imagine you'll get a decent coloring, and you'll likely need high enough doses to where you get moles

Don't tan with the sun, you'll only age your skin and get skin cancer. There is no reliable way to tan your skin without direct sun exposure but you can improve your tone with certain supplements like lycopene or beta-carotene, but those aren't true "tans". Either way, a tan is just one way to achieve a better coloration/tone, not the end goal itself.

DO NOT TAKE DIRECT SUNLIGHT, specially without sunscreen. Avoid the sun like the plague during high UV hours. Its fine in the morning or evening, but not midday hours.

i was thinking about hopping on astaxanthin and lycopene (carotens), the effects are visible after 4-8 weeks

Yeah sure, it's worth an attempt. I'd also go see a derm to check if you've got skin problems. Unless it's cause you're ginger, then it's just over

This is why you use melanotan 2 for tanning, which protects skin and lowers the required amount of UV and sunlight. Then you also run HGH and GHK-Cu to maintain healthy skin and max out your collagen production. You won't be able to age your skin drastically on HGH and GHK-Cu
