Hello, starting off, I wanna say im 15. Ihave a relatively normal midface. It’s a bit longer and from posts I’ve seen thats a good thing. However its kind of ruining my facial thirds, as my forehead and lower third are equal, the only thing missing is the mid-face length which is longer. The thing is my maxillas pretty recessed and my mandible and chin as well, since like 5 years ago Ive been a mouth breather and have had very bad posture. So the question arises, will getting forward growth thru thumb pulling and correct tongue posture and proper body posture, ruin my proportions? I look like im 12-13 or sum and I don’t wanna have a more compact midface than I already do.

TLDR; I wanna know if getting more forward growth would ruin my proportions and midface.

I know it may sound fucking stupid but Im genuinely confused because I constantly see mixed thoughts in this forum.
