Yes , i eat no food / carbs throughout the day , workout also and just binge on candy and shit at night when im high , impossible to binge in a surplus if you eat your cravings right before u sleep

Man I don't eat shitty food and I still don't get any slays or kisses, at this point I'm just coping. If you want get more sex in exchange of food do it.
