15 is good. 30 too long I guess? I never tried. I think you should just try everything to see how your bone reacts to it and then choose the best time for yourself

Idk about the bone smashing shit but hgh or mk677 will definitely make your jaw grow. Mewing and breathing almost purely through the nose should help based on the research that I’ve done
