How much does malnutrition effect height and face? My parents are retards and didn't feed me not to mentioned I was a sick fucking kid.

I had a BMI of 12 during grade 7 at a height of 4'11 and both were taken at my peak that year.

Is there any way to make up for malnutrition? I'm 17 rn

Eat the foods I list below, I'm not gonna tell you to eat raw meat and get parasites, but rather:
1. Raw Dairy such as Raw milk and raw kefir, I drink cow raw milk and kefir sometimes, but like rarely tbh since im leanmaxxing
2. Raw egg yolks, throw the white out, yolk only, minimum 6 a day, 12 is optimal
3. try to get hands on oysters, but it's hard to find them, its ok if u cant
4. steak, ik its expensive so might not be possible for everyone
5. dont eat nuts, processed foods, plants, goyslop
6. your only source of carbs should be dairy or sourdough bread or fruits sometimes but dont eat basic fruits like apple, they dont have any significant nutritional value whatsoever, but its ok for snacking still dont eat fruits if u got apples only
