Botox might have some partial permanent results if it atrophied the muscles that raise the eyebrow.

I have horrific UEE but I can actually get it to minimal / almost hooded and without a glabellar notch, by moving my eyebrows in a certain sequence. It’s far too hard work to be useful as a fraud, but it shows that it’s all just muscular issues.

droopy eyelid may be due to ptosis, which also causes your eyebrow to unconsciously rise to compensate

check if you have ptosis. ive seen some insane ascensions with that alone

Reverse browlift or endoscopically anchoring the brow is pretty much permanent. Botox only lasts a few months but insta results and no downtime.
