Is there actually a way to fix an anterior nasal spine?

So I’m gonna get a rhino to get rid of a dorsal hump, I also wanna raise my columella a little because it’s too downward.

I want to also fix my sloped looking upper lip, is the only alway to go a paranasal implant? What about ans augmentation to maybe graft bone into there and a columellar strut?

Is it realistic to try and achieve an ans that looks more like this

Doesn’t matter as long as it looks good, this sloped lip is a bad feature regardless if you are male or female, almost no good looking guy has this shit feature

Raising the tip of the hump? I just want to get a straight nose bridge and higher nasiolabial angle by extending the appearance of the ans

My maxilla isn’t the problem, it’s forward

I don’t know if that’s true, look at black people, most of them have very good maxilla but almost all of them have this issue with the anterior nasal spine.

Also when you get bimax most people get this problem
