Discussion Is there any compound which supports muscle regeneration if have to train 2 times a day?

Have to train 2 times a day. Is there anything that helps for regenaration and muscle growth, except for test, arms

Well if you want to keep your "natty status" and don't want to overstep into steoroids, the best for you probably would be something like bpc 157. It isn't gonna make you a smelly balding ogre like using direct testosterone or trenbolone, it will rather help with regeneration and endurance, so seems like that's what you should be looking at. Some people say it's cope, but just spend 50$ and see for yourself if it's worth it, why not. Mind that it's on the anti-doping list or something like that (i think) so if you have any sports tournaments maybe stay away from it and try to thug it out goggins-style.

But yeah peptides are generally the bridge between "more than creatine, less than tren". Oh, talking about that, creatine is the most basic one and it's completely 100% legal and no problems with testing or usada or any of that bullshit so start using that if you aren't already. Everybody and their grandma should be using creatine (it's good for alzheimers literally lol)

if u eat a lot of red meat, creatine would be extra useless

SR9009 (Stenabolic) can help with endurance and performance, it's not a sarm though. It will help indirectly with the goal of training twice a day.
