Yea, try to swish them around in your mouth and make sure they are high GI (they are fast digested) so your body will detect the carbs. the point of taking intra workout carbs is to signal your body that it has enough fuel and thus he will lower your CNS fatigue so you will perform better in the rest of the session.alr I usually do 20g of carbs intra do you think that’s enough?
