Been doing 1 or two things was wondering if people can notice a diffrence in my eye area or not

Lmk if u see any diffrence I understand it is slightly diffrent lighting but there both taken in the same room near the same time top one is old and the bottom one is new

Also I know my eye area isnt good thats why im tryna improve it cba squinting or trying to fraud my eye area ill js accept its buns
