is there any downsides of lefort I?

so in about a year and a half, im scheduled for potentially lefort I which throughout this community im seeing alot of people say is recommended for AESTHETIC purposes, however i kinda need it due to having an underbite so im wondering if theres any downsides to it if not intended for aesthetics, for example all of the benefits people get it for, will they apply to me too? and would it be possible to morph the changes i would visually see? and which things i would morph

Yea you can widen nose, get flat phil, chimp look, lose teeth, lost feeling, upturned nose, rtc. If you impact you can get more noticeable nasal folds, problem with muscle, worse nasal breathing.

isnt an upturned nose good? widening nose i see is a problem and perhaps a flat philtrum but how major are these changes? like obviously with only a few millimetres o of movement, would they be insane and noticeable changes?

If you do just bsso without lf1 the bsso movement will only be the amount of gap between the teeth right? Even if you do decompensation how many mm bsso can you get usually if no lf1?
