Or are they all risky and could potentially fuck your face up harmony wise?
One that comes to mind is under eye fillers, anything else?

Important because if there are such cases, doing these surgeries would be completely risk free

i'm coping but i'm hoping on :
rhino jfl and fat graft for eye
 
SARPE (surgerically assisted palatal expansion), widening your maxilla if you have a narrow one, it is guaranteed to improve your harmony even
