like 3 years ago i didnt have this problem but puberty somehow made my face fatter instead of leaner

Removing buccal fat isn’t good in the long run. It’s best you just embrace it because if you don’t have hollow cheeks, you don’t have the bones for it (meaning you’ll look like shit)

Lymphatic drainage via Jump Roping or the Stairmaster may work. You might also be skinny fat
